Customer Service News
If you have called our office recently, you may have noticed that we have a receptionist answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate extension. We still have 24-hour reporting of leaks/spills/emergencies and the 24-hour IVR system for payment of bills. As always, you can come in person to the office between 7:00am and 4:00pm M-F or email [email protected] for faster service.
DropCountr Discontinuance
After careful consideration, PWS has decided to not renew the annual DropCountr contract. We are evaluating similar services/apps that deliver an optimal customer experience and will provide details when available of a replacement product. Meanwhile, DropCountr should remain functional until May 1.
