Customer Service and Billing System

We thank you for your patience during the 2024 upgrade to our customer service and billing software system! The green “Pay My Bill” button on our home page can be used to view your monthly bill, pay your bill online for immediate account posting, and set up autopay, if desired. We will be introducing new features in upcoming months as the system is fully integrated with the DropCountr app as well as our on-call system. You may have already noticed changes to our phone menu as we are beginning to integrate systems for more efficient routing of calls to the appropriate department.

DropCountr - Now Working!

DropCountr is working again! Customers can view hourly, daily, and monthly water usage from the DropCountr app on their phone or using a web browser! This allows customers to monitor their water use and make informed decisions based on user-set thresholds. DropCountr can also notify customers when a leak is suspected. See the DropCountr tab under Customer Service to set up DropCountr on your phone or desktop, or to add a location.

Our Mission

The mission of Pace Water System is to provide our member owners with dependable and quality customer service in water, wastewater, and reclaim water.  We are committed to leveraging technological advancements in our industry to ensure our community continues to receive dependable, great tasting, and the healthiest water possible.
