DropCountr

DropCountr is a service provided free of charge to our customers to allow them to monitor their water consumption. Data may be viewed by the hour, day, or month from a smartphone or a web browser. Customers can also set up thresholds to receive an alert when water usage exceeds a defined amount and/or receive a notification if a leak is suspected. See below for the instructions to set up DropCountr on a phone or through a web browser. Please note that the entire 12-digit account number and the exact street address as shown on the bill must be entered for DropCountr to register the account.
